Mr. Heyward Bannister, Hopkins High School Class of 1969, inducted into the Richland County School District One Hall of Fame.
Launched and managed the Business Friendly Task Force, which streamlined policies and processes to make doing business easier within the City of Columbia and Richland County.
Provided strategic planning and campaign management to the VoteForOurLibraries.com Campaign, which was hugely successful in winning 66% of the vote.
On behalf of the American Beverage Association, successfully led efforts to galvanize statewide support to beat back efforts by South Carolina’s Governor to restrict purchases of SNAP recipients.
Our Penny” Campaign awarded a South Carolina Public Relations Society of America Mercury Award for Best Public Affairs Campaign.
Developed “Our Penny” Campaign to spread awareness and garner support for the $1.2 billion Richland County Transportation Penny Campaign, which will provide a face-lift to transportation in Richland County over a 22-year period.
Developed and managed the Dan Johnson for Solicitor Campaign, resulting in the election of the first African-American Solicitor in South Carolina’s Fifth Circuit.
